Will Andrews wears many hats. He has worked in the Winooski School System for over nine years, played trumpet in various bands in Burlington (Japhy Ryder, The duPont Brothers Band, Kat Wright and the Indomitable Soul Band, W.E.S.T.), worked as an independent contractor remodeling houses and barns, and has even built a door.

As an educator Will is currently splitting his time working as the Youth Leadership and Engagement fellow for the Partnership for Change, as well as creating Winooski’s first personalized and proficiency-based classroom called the iLab. Will is a strong believer in engaging the whole student in order to get the most out of them. By engaging their minds, imaginations, bodies, leadership skills, voice, and personality you empower and engage the student to do their best work.

As a musician, Will has played in over 15 states and performed with many of his idols including Marco Benevento and The Parliament Funkadelic. Will currently writes and produces music daily, and performs every week.

As a home remodeling enthusiast, Will is currently finishing up an outdoor “Man-shed” and getting ready to rip out the ceiling in his kitchen in order to make his house feel less like an oompa loompas.

Will is thrilled to be a part of the Partnership for Change and can’t wait to get started!
