Communications Survey for Parents

This summer, the Partnership for Change will be sponsoring a survey to evaluate the communications between schools and families as part of our ongoing process to remodel our schools to meet the needs of the 21st century.

Graduate Expectations for WMHS & BHS

Over the past month, the Partnership for Change held 32 neighborhood learning conversations in homes, schools, and community spaces to talk about the draft Graduate Expectations for WMHS and BHS.

Partnership Embarks on Innovation Tour in NYC

This Sunday, January 6th, a group of 30 individuals from Burlington and Winooski will embark on a learning journey to New York City.  The group includes students, parents, teachers, administrators, and community members from both cities.  This trip was organized by the Partnership for Change’s Proficiency Based Learning Fellow, Sarah Bertucci, in collaboration with IDEA. It’s been over two years of planning, and the Partnership is up and running! The Steering Committee has met twice, the Implementation Team chairs are gearing up for their first public meetings, and the five fellows are deep in their work. Read more.
